Additionally, where we may use third-party sub-processors, we ensure that we have taken appropriate safeguards and that they also follow GDPR regulations for the management of data.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored in online systems or in our locked offices.

We keep care plans and other relevant personal data for a period of seven (7) years after you cease using our services. We will then dispose of your information by securely destroying it, either online or by using a confidential document disposal method.
